BeyHealth Consulting is recruiting to a number of positions on behalf of our client who is a leading Healthcare Management Organisation (HMO) in Nigeria with Head office in Lagos.

We are seeking a Head of Operations experienced in managing operations with previous relevant industry experience in HMO, Insurance or Financial services. The candidate will be responsible for directing all aspects of the daily operational activity of Lagos office and maintaining efficient delivery of services throughout the regional offices. Reporting to the MD, this person will head the operations team with the ability to see through the eyes of the customer and consider the provision of services frornine perspective of the users. This is a senior role and as such requires a candidate already experienced in managing operations at a senior level.
Qualified to degree level. MBA desirable, with equivalent relevant business experience.
Substantial proven operational managernent experience, gained within a similar sector.
Prior people leadership experience gained in a customer-facing function.
Demonstrable ability to inspire, rnotivate and deliver continuous tearn perforrnance improvements.
Evidence of applying strategic thinking to operational services, with a track record of delivering innovation and exceeding goals.
In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to business operations.
In-depth experience of designing and irnplernenting innovative marketing strategies.
Extensive experience working. ina team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills
A first degree in a related discipline preferably Marketing, Business or Medical.
At least 3 years experience in marketing HMO products or operational delivery.
Each Candidate must have a proven track record in senior position in an HMO.
Candidates must be resident in either Abuja or Port Harcourt

The Candidates would be performing Quality assurance responsibilities.
Must hold at least MBBS degrees and registered with Nigerian Medical Council.
Experience in HMO will be added advantage
Candidates must be resident in either Abuja or Port Harcourt
Applicants must possess a Degree in any discipline with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Must be results oriented and ready to meet set targets be highly organised and a good team player, ability to work under minimal supervision
At least 2 years experience in marketing Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) products.
Candidates must be resident in either Port Harcourt or Abuja
This is competitive and above industry standards
