The Fulbright Program are scholarships in USA for international students who wants to pursue a Master’s or PhD degree.
The scholarships can also be awarded for non- degree postgraduate studies.

Outside the U.S the Fulbright Program is administered by bi national Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies. All Foreign Student Program applications are processed by these offices. Therefore, foreign students must apply for Fulbright
Fellowships through the Fulbright
Commission/Foundation or US Embassy in their home countries. Program eligibility and selection procedures are determined by each
country. Deadline varies per country but is around February to October annually.
