Responsibilities:
- Must be hands-on and work directly on the trucks with the maintenance team.
- Responsible for overall planning, design, monitoring and control of maintenance of company’s fleet within and outside base.
- Must ensure efficiency in Turnaround Time on maintenance of fleet.
- Maintaining all performance standards, processes and procedures, necessary checks and balances as well as the documentation needed throughout in relation to the management and maintenance of the company’s fleet.
- Taking direct personal responsibility of the entire team its performance and output.
- Project management; taking responsibility and overseeing other possibly upcoming projects/improvements regardless of their scope or scale on time and to the desired standard as specified by management.
- Setting and monitoring the compliance to fulfilment of objectives, performance standards and tasks for all direct reports.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum Degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution
- Other professional qualifications will be added advantage
- Minimum of 5-7 years excellent working experience
- IT literate with good knowledge of Word, Excel and Power point.
- Must be a Team player
